ALEXANDER SANDLIN, DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

Alexander became a part of the Stellar Vista Developers team in 2019 during the company's inception. Since then, he has played a pivotal role in advancing the company's business endeavors. His responsibilities include overseeing the execution of new development projects, managing entitlements, coordinating designs, and supervising construction and development operations.

Prior to joining Stellar Vista Developers, Alexander accumulated valuable experience by working on prominent residential and mixed-use projects across the United States, Spain, and the UAE. Collaborating with esteemed organizations, he contributed to the conceptualization, construction, and asset management of multimillion-dollar ventures. His extensive involvement encompasses a wide range of projects, including hundreds of rental and condominium apartments, as well as various commercial properties. With his wealth of expertise, Alexander ensures the ongoing success of Stellar Vista Developers' construction initiatives.

ANTHONY D'AMATO,  FINANCIAL OFFICER

Anthony began his career in the multifamily property management industry in 1998. He thrived as a Property Manager, eventually advancing to oversee multiple sites.

In 2008,Anthony embraced an opportunity that led him to to joining Stellar Vista Developers in 2019. Since then, Anthony has been a key asset to the team, leveraging her extensive experience and dedication to contribute to the company's ongoing achievements.

Anthony holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, which enhances his financial insight and analytical abilities. Additionally, he spends part of his time working for a private wealth management firm that caters to high-net-worth clients, demonstrating his commitment to excellence and expertise in financial management across various sectors.
